Do they have Cyclo Sportivs in California?

I have ridden lots of the European Alpine and Pyrenean climbs which figure in the Tour de france and including some Cyclo Sportivs like La Marmotte. I am considering a holiday in Calfornia. Do they do that sort of thing there?

i am not aware of any titled as such but there are tons of charity rides and group rides throughout the state. i know they are not quite the same... sorry. i just got back from the sierra foot hills region and was able to acomplish only a fraction of the riding i ussually do in the same time. fantastic, though. enjoy your trip.
