Bicycle riders need to follow the same laws as a car or motorcycle.Period.

For safety's sake, bicycle riders should make themselves as visible as possible. After all, it's better to look as flashy as an ambulance than to end up in one.

I don't know what test you are taking but "B" is the only logical and true statement above.

Thus: A. you ride with traffic with no bike lane
C. you should NOT ride on the sidewalk if there is no bike lane.
D. you DO have obey the same laws as motor vehicle drivers. (except access to limited access highways in most states, except CA.)
