| Stationary bike? For Christmas, I got a stationary bike which was great but I have a few questions:
1.) My right knee hurts after a while, it feels as if it needs clicking or as if it doesn't want to move properly. I'm only 15 and I'm not too sure why it's playing up. When I turn the resistance down, it takes longer for it to start hurting, but after a while, it will. My left knee is unaffected. Does anyone know any ways of stopping it hurting?
2.) The seat is really padded, but after about half an hour, my bum began to hurt (I know, I'm like the getting-hurt-by-bike person). By the end of the day it was worse, so naturally I stopped. Cushions didn't help. It feels as if I've bruised it and hurts sitting anywhere. Any ways of preventing this?
3.) I had planned on jogging/running 3 miles a day. How many miles would I need to do (at around 15 km/h) to match this? I've found it pretty easy to do 13 miles a day so far (not all at once), should i increase this or is it okay?
