I want a mountain bike for 2008?

I want to get the hottest mountain bike to hit the trails with this up coming summer, price is not an issue. What mountain bike will every one love to have in 2008 hard tail or full suspension?. What mountain bike has the best technology and design? What mountain bike can handle the widest range of off road terrain? I have looked at CANNONDALE, SPECIALIZED, GIANT, TREK. I personaly like the SPECIALIZED looks and technology. I really like the Stumpjumper FSR and S-Works full suspension models but I am keeping an open mind. What do you guys think is the hottest mountain bike for the 2008 model year?
I am just trying to give as much detail as I can in my question so people will not have to ask me for more detail. If you are only capable of reading one sentence do not answer my question and move on to a two word question so your brain will not hurt.

The Marin Mt. Vision with full suspension----it looks lethal! though if you look real close at a Felt 'Redemption' , you would believe in high-end wizardry-----

for mountain bikes specialized out of those
i personally recommend them because they have the best line up ranging from cross country to Freeride
