Can anyone help my life dream come true?

Hey, I'm 16 and live in Cornwall (uk) I have no job and I'm making my money from selling things on ebay to buy parts for my downhill bike. I live for riding but in Cornwall it's hard to places to find that challenge my skills. I hope to move to Scotland for the mountains but how the heck do I do that at 16-17?! I can't keep delaying my dream seeing as Pro bike riders get retired before 30 and I'll need a few years to get better at biking. Help please!
