Tyre pressure for overweight cyclists like myself? - Cycling Mob: Road Cycling, Mountain Biking and More

hi, I've been cycling for a year to lose weight. I'm 6ft tall and weight 105kg (231lbs or 16.5stone)

I ride a hybrid with 700c wheels.

I've seen various bits of advice on correct tyre pressure etc but mainly aimed at people who wegith 100lbs or so

100 - 120bpi. What would the correct tyre pressure be for a chubby like me? What is the sensible max pressure for a 700c wheel?
