I like to bicycle several times a week but it does nothing for my upper body.What

exercises are good for upper body toning for somebody big at the top and small on the bottom.

Read SHAPE magazine, Muscle & Fitness ( for Her ) website, and prepare for some upper body training routes. Some recommended exercises could've been mentioned by now though I recommend more light weight training to make your upper areas look symmetrical to your lower areas ( and add some health supplements to avoid that 'burnout' feeling. ) .

I do cycling yoga it's tightens the upper body so I can ride the hills up and down.

Are you looking for a gym work out or something you will do at home. Do you have equipment to use or no?

Cycling works everything from you waist down pretty well. You want core, upper back, chest and arm exercises. I'm not sure what big on top and small on bottom means though.
