what is a good time for bike per mile?
i did 14.7 miles in 45 min is that good fair or bad?

If my math is right that's 19.6 mph - good job my man! You are so close to the magic 20mph. When I was getting into road riding many years ago, our goal was to ride 20 miles in one hour. It was a good goal to prove speed and endurance. Your right around the corner from that. Keep it up!
