Has any one done the Coeur'd Alene triathlon on a relay team and can you help

me with some answers? My friends that live in Idaho invited me over to visit in August and wanted to know if I wanted to do something while we were together. Well I was thinking about doing the Coeur'd Alene triathlon (An olympic distance) on a relay team this year. I have a couple people for the relay team itself, but I would like to know what it takes and what it is like to be on a relay team. I know the obvious, one person swims, another person bikes, last person runs I know that. But I was honestly wondering if anyone had any additional information or personal experience with it. And I've done triathlons before so I'm not a total idiot.

If anyone can share something about the relay team information or experience please say something? Thanks!!!
