I bought this bike, but I am not sure of the brand. help?

I got this classic steel bike. I know the stickers say colnago but it is not a colnago.

It seems italian made. It has campy and shimano components but maybe somebody can give me and idea of the actual brand. at the bottom of the BB there is justa number 1991.

I don't think it's a Colnago. The lug cuts aren't right. It reminds me of a Miele bike (Made in Canada) my buddy had.
