| Help with body condition !!!!!!!!!!!? i like to ride mountain bike i think is one of the most hardest sports, i live in california akd sometimes i have to go to a mountain call saddleback and for me is like 1hr 1/2 my question is CAN SOMEONE HELP ME TELLING ME SOME EXERCISES OR TIPS TO GET MORE RESISTANCE WHEN I'M GOING UP TO THE MOUNTAIN????? when i'm going up hill, my legs say no more, but my brain says go! but i can,'t please help me to get more condition!!!!!!
