Bicycle fitting with strength analysis, how accurate is it? Is she a strong cyclist?

During the winter holiday, Kate participated in a performance-testing program and her result is as follows:

1)During a 1-hour endurance test, she produced 0.336 horsepower at a cadence of 92, with an average speed of 21 mph.

2)During a 15-minutes sprint test, she produced 0.559 horsepower at a cadence of 107, with an average speed of 26 mph.
