Is there a continuous sound bicyle speaker i can put on my bike to alert

motorists of my whereabouts.? I used to have a horn or my bike, but i had to keep honking it every 2 seconds coming up to junctions, otherwise motorists would just ignore me, even though i where a bright yellow flurescent jacket.
I broke off though, becuase i fell off my bike slipping on some wet tarmac.
I also have ultra bright LED lights front and back, yet i still get ignored, and motorists still try and cut me up.

Buy a riders hard hat, maybe with a light on top. Or:
Buy a deck of playing cards, and some clothes pins.
As kids we used to clip the cards to the wheel frame, so they
would hit the spokes. Then when your riding, you'll get the
"click, click,click" as the wheel turns. Works every time.
It makes it sound like a "Harley Davidson." <}:-})

Pee Wee Herman never had those problems and he had a pretty cool horn. Maybe it is the method that you are honking your horn? If that doesn't work your need to hook up fire truck horn. You can pick one up for $24.99 at www.overstock.com. If that still doesn't work, The Duke Boys had a hell of a horn too, on The General Lee. I can picture you whistling Dixie on your bicycle through a busy intersection.
