Pins and Needles in My feet when Cycling?
I have clip on shoes and I get pins and needles in my feet when I'm riding my bike. Is there a specific casue for this? Are my shoes too tight? Am I sitting in the saddle wrong?

Yes, your shoes are too tight. The only time you tighten them is when your going into full sprint for short time.
