I've never used CycleOps rollers, but I have used Kreitler rollers. From the specs, it looks like the CycleOps comes with 3.25" diameter drums. This is an important parameter since the resistance all comes from the drum diameter (smaller drums = more resistance). I found that the Kreitler 3.0" rollers didn't give a whole lot of resistance, but was great for developing a smooth spin and warming up for races. If you're looking to do any sort of interval training, I'd suggest a trainer instead.

Also - definitely go for the aluminum rollers. The poly rollers are really not nearly as nice.

I don't have one, a friend does. I tried them exactly once and they are a bit of a scare at first. Like riding in traffic they take your full attention.
Felt more like riding than my mag trainer.
If you get a chance to ride them before buying it would be worthwhile.
