Can you get aerobars for flat top handlebars? All the ones I've seen have round...

...clamps and I've got flat bars!
Specifically I bought some Deda Synapsi bars, but the mini aero extensions on them are useless. So I'd like to get some longer clamp on aero bars, preferably with cups for your elbows. The profile of them is sort of oval/flat, and round clamps won't fit. Any ideas?

I hate being the first to answer this sort of question, because somebody always pops up with an answer to the contrary!!

I assume you mean flat bars, like the 'K Wing'? - Well I can't say I have seen any!

They are quite a modern set of bars and cost a few quid, I guess you would be better off getting a set of specific TT bars, rather than clip-ons! . . Unless anyone knows different?
