stuck bars/gooseneck on an old 70's huffy bike? - Cycling Mob: Road Cycling, Mountain Biking and More

the bars on an old bike i got from a scrapper truck are stuck, and i need them off. i know theres a bolt that u unscrew, i did that. However, the bars won't come off. i completely loosened all the other hardware above the head tube. I think it might be wedged into the fork tube.

Please help.
i want to do the entire job myself.
im only 14 my dad used to be a mechanic so i got tools, so it shouldn't be a big deal.

and a propane torch would make the metal expand, further tightening it, and would also destroy the paint and promote rust.

If nothing else, get a threaded bolt and with 4 nuts on it, put it were the wheel goes. Then you can try hitting it with a hammer to get the forks off.
Then you can try ramming something through the forks tube.
Or a slap hammer used for pulling dents might work.
