| I used to not be able to be balance against the gate without one foot on the ground just before the start either. If that's what you mean. All it takes is practice. If you can make a mini gate, that is really helpful, but you can also just position yourself on the side of a building and put pressure on the pedals and get balance that way. Or if the track allows, practice at their gate. Hope that's what you were meaning. Good luck.
