when riding on my bike what part of my body parts does it tone and make me fit?

how long should i be riding on my bike a day to see a difference in my body part in a month

also how do i get rid of my man boobs, would i have to do weights and if so how long and how many a day (thats if it is weights)

Riding is a mostly a lower body work out. Your arms do a bit holding the bars, but very little as in work out.

You need to diet and exercise. If you can afford a gym they will instruct you. If you pay for one you can get a personal trainer. On a tight budget, but highly motivated? Push ups and crunches. Power walks moving to running, and cycling for fun.

How long before you loose your boobs? I don't know -- that is entirely up to your level of motivation.
