| Riding is a mostly a lower body work out. Your arms do a bit holding the bars, but very little as in work out.
You need to diet and exercise. If you can afford a gym they will instruct you. If you pay for one you can get a personal trainer. On a tight budget, but highly motivated? Push ups and crunches. Power walks moving to running, and cycling for fun.
How long before you loose your boobs? I don't know -- that is entirely up to your level of motivation.
