how much is a bungee cord?does walmart sell them

I've got one of these on the back of my bike for carrying the odd bit of cargo. A skateboard would strap to it very nicely. Sometimes I use bungee cords, but more often I tie stuff on with lengths of old bike innertube. God knows I've got enough old innertubes lying around!
