Need recommendations on a track/fixed bike for a heavy rider
Just curious..

Say you are 280LBS and want to ride a new track bike.. What would you
buy?

I know many will recommend something made with the Surly Steamroller
frame. But I don't have the money to build up a frame when I have no
parts in reserve.

This bike will also be used on bike paths and parks. So new
wheels/tires may be needed? Trying to keep it under $1,000.
