Spain in fall tour question - Cycling Mob: Road Cycling, Mountain Biking and More

We are considering an organized bike tour in Spain this fall. We did
an Experience Plus across Italy in Sept-Oct about 3 yrs ago and loved
it. We are just recreational riders so don't realy want l-o-n-g bike
days, more like 25-35 miles/day ideal. Would love about 10-14 days.
Will probably add on a few days on our own in Barcelona and maybe the
South if we don't end up riding near Grenada & Sevilla. We speak some
Spanish and are not too picky about accomodations if the location is
good. Can anyone recommend any specific companies or tell us what we
might want to avoid. All comments appreciated. BTW- We will want to
use the company owned bikes and not take our own.
