Has spring finally arrived everywhere, and is everyone getting out? Of
course, in places like florida or someplace where it's warm all year, what
the diff?

Here in Montreal we've gone from a freezing april to three days of temps in
the mid-70s. Some people have told me they've only been able to get out for
one or two rides! Myself included, due to a delayed season. However, we've
also had gale-force winds. On friday it was about 25C (74f) but winds
gusting up to 80k, so getting out on the road wasn't much of an
option.Yesterday it started out looking iffy but ended up nice and sunny,
but quite humid, and at this time of year you're not used to it. I love warm
humid weather but 50k had me cooked! Plus it was only about my fourth ride
of the year

May usually means the start of the nice weather but it can be iffy, with
plenty of rain and often very windy. THe first long weekend is later this
month, and hopefully it'll be a nice one. Last year I went for rides all
three days!

Today it's raining, and it's supposed to cool off to normal temps, which is
fine with me, it's too warm at nights. But spring is here at last!
