Peanut butter,chopsticks, and other vices...

I am really curious who else has traditions (habits GOOD and BAD) durin
training, before a race and so on..

My particular habits are fairly `normal`...at least I think so..
#1 Breakfast before a race is always Whole wheat toast with peanu
#butter and raisins (CANNOT go a day without my peanut butter) 2 ALWAY
#eat salad with chopsticks (okay so I live in Japan and perhaps I hav
#greater dexterity due to all my `practice`..but I swear, try it onc
#and you will never go back...) 3 Before a race I always have t
#clip/unclip from both sides (I guess security to make sure I can bai
#if I need to?) 4 Listen to AC/DC `shook me all night long` before
#race...because I am a badass at heart

Please share so that we can all be a little more secure in ou
neurotic ways...

"I love the smell of maple syrup in the mornings. It smells like...
victory."

Hmmm. It seems to lack a certain something. Maybe it's just me.
