Brake hood covers - Cycling Mob: Road Cycling, Mountain Biking and More

Dusting off the old Miyata 912, starting to ride again after years of
not. I've noticed that the rubber covers over the brake levers have dry
rotted out. I've not had any luck finding replacements (want to replace
only the rubber part, not the entire brake lever set. The brake levers I
have were the old non-aero style, with the brake cables coming out the
top. Anybody know where I can get these?
