=v= No. I listened to my doctor and have read reputable
articles since. I passed this information along with quite
reasonable qualification. The human body is complex and
there are many interconnected variables, and it does not
help in the slightest to call people names.

=v= Why do you feel you have to write this? I wrote that
excess protein is excreted. The issue is what it does on
the way out.

The anti-milk loonies are loonies. And the anti-milk loonies are the ones
trying to peddle the crap that milk is not a good source of calcium. It is
an excellent source of calcium. And your implications about "excess"
protein notwithstanding there isn't the slightest evidence that "excess"
protein is in the least harmful. There's a lot of scaremongering out there
but sod-all evidence.

Protein is the last thing you need to worry about when concerned about
osteoporosis. Check out the study I cited. Your information is so last
century.
