Re: Why I No Longer Order from Performance/Nashbar

I've been having the same problem. A traceroute tells me exactly where the
packets stop, but for some reason, the customer service folks just say "it
works for me". I offered to tell their techs where the problem is, but
sounds like they don't care. I can get ti it just fine from work though.

Oh well; their loss....

Are you sure that it's a Nashbar problem then?

You didn't say where the traceroute stopped, but it sounds to me like a
network problem somewhere else. In this case, calling your ISP may be a
better way to get results and/or information.

I had that problem a while back, and it turned out to have something to
do with cookies and they way their ColdFusion code handled them.
Apparently deleting any cookies related to Nashbar took care of the
problem.
