One of the best bets would be to follow Adventure Cycling's Atlantic
Coast route. Their maps are generally excellent, and show well-chosen
routes in terrific detail. They also show lodging, food stops, camping,
bike shops, etc etc.
Looks like the map section you'd want would cost you $11. Visit [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

page on "Getting in and out of Philly by bike" gives links to some routes
and cue sheets to others. My advice is to approach Philly from the West
rather than trying for a direct assault from the South. It may mean more
miles, but they will be pretty ones.
