I've been cycling for about a year now. I'm 53 5 11 at 170 lbs. Here's
the chart of my workouts. I think according to the race results that I have
seen I might finish somwhere around 10th. I may need to level with shorter
rides with more intensity in order to inprove my time trials that are about
18 in for 6.1 miles. Today my average speed at 17.8 on a 27 mile ride was
my personal best. I'm not sure where to take the training from here to peak
sometime this fall.. Here's the graphic:
