OLN on West Coast Complaint

OK, so here's the deal: AFAIK, OLN's Tour de France programming starts each
day at 8:00 or 8:30 AM Eastern with a half-hour pre-race show and then live
coverage. This, of course, is 5 or 5:30 AM Pacific.

Here in San Diego, however, Time Warner show friggin' INFOMERCIALS until
*7:00 AM* local time -- flipping a switch or something to suddenly carry OLN
in the middle of each day's stage.

I've just written both OLN and Time Warner (separately), but wanted to share
my rantage with you good people.
