Cheney is much too busy making big cash on the Iraq deal for wasting time
riding a bike. Bush has time to ride, because he is just getting kickbacks
from the Cheney group. These guys are so above any laws. I wish I could
sign up to be one of the good ol' boys in that group. You can do whatever
you want.

riding a bike. Bush has time to ride, because he is just getting kickbacks
