Inner tube shortage

While buying an inner tube at my local bike shop, the dealer warned me that
because of a strike by Chinese workers that bicycle innertubes are expected to
be in short supply soon.

Anyone else heard similar rumors?

It's the first I've heard, but there's been a lot of that in other
industries lately. Maybe I'll stock up on my favorite tube...

Then there'd be a short supply of Chinese workers. That's even worse
than a supply of short Chinese workers...
