New GM commercial

It's been pointed out how irresponsible it is to sell cars with TV ads
showing drivers cruising at impossible speeds down city streets.
Frightening images indeed, but at least the drivers in those ads
seemed to be watching the road.

Tonight was aired an ad by GM showing exuberant drivers playing
Frisbee out their car windows as they drive around city streets. You
thought driving 100 mph around town looked frighteningly
irresponsible? GM gives your sensibilities the finger, with happy
music and drivers aren't even looking at the road as they enjoy their
vehicles.

Look out.

If thine TV set offends thee, huck it out the window.

Yes, I'm sure that many drivers will do what they saw on tv. "Hey,
good idea! Let's go try it!".

Not.

Thanks for your on-topic post. I'll be ignoring this thread now...
