Cycling in Seattle - Cycling Mob: Road Cycling, Mountain Biking and More

Hi all

I am going to be in Seattle for 5 days for a conference and have a day to
blow off. It will be either Sunday or Monday so I am looking for a place to
rent a decent road bike for the day. By decent I mean at least the quality
of a Lemond, no Schwinn paperbikes (not that there's anything wrong with
that) or mountain bikes, I am looking for something that will carry me for
50-60 miles. 53-54 cm if your winter bike is available for the day.

Information regarding bike shops or rental stores that can hook me up and
bike clubs that may have great rides would be much appreciated.
