Armstrong and Filippo Simioni in court?

Anyone know about this? Mentioned this am just now a few min. into the
live coverage.

"Filippo Simioni breaks away to follow the first chase and Lance goes
with him, then later sits up and rejoins the peloton" - paraphrasing
it.

I have a dim recollection but nothing specific.
