Touch Up Paint

Whoops. I have my first ding. Given how often I put my bike into my trunk
and take it back out, I assume it was just a matter of time.

This morning I was putting it in the trunk when I must have let the
handlebars swing inward too far. The bottom of my handlebar met my frame,
and it tore the sticker a bit and dinged the paint underneath. The ding is
on the bottom side of the top tube, so I'm not worried about touching it up.
I just wanted to fix it so that the sticker doesn't continued to peel off
(it's a Trek 2200; and sticker I damaged is fairly large).

I was assuming that clear nail polish might be the best choice just to seal
things up so that the paint and/or sticker do not peel away further. Before
I tried that though, I figured I would check to see if there were better
options.

Thanks,
-Dave
