Now Filippo Simeoni is saying that Lance Armstrong told him "I have money
and time and lots of lawyers. I can destroy you." during the short time
they were riding together in that Stage of the Tour De France.

It would seem to me that there were 6 other men in close proximity to
Simeoni and Lance at the time and these guys could clear it up immediately.
Simeoni wants to have Lance tried on "sporting fraud, violence, and
intimidation of a witness." In Italy, of all places.

This Simeoni guy is a weasel!
