| | | What's the (your) worst part of bike maintenance? I sometimes dislike overhauling bottom brackets.
All that finagling, getting the adjustable cup
/almost/ just right, so when the lock ring goes
on, it /is/ just right. And then hoping the
cranks get back on tight enough, and having to
monitor them for the next few 10s of kilometers.
Getting a frayed strand of old inner cable up
under my fingernail ain't much fun either.
Maybe I shouldn't have attempted bike maintenance
during a retrograde Mercury period. OTOH, maybe
riding an un-overhauled bike during a retrograde
Mercury period would be even worse.
