I snuck a peak the other day. The 4 chollas still crack me up, they're

Yes.

There are a number of native palm oases up in the hills.

Nice. It's kind of like what I skied last weekend, except not as much
coverage and the mountains are smaller.

Really good riders, really humbling..... notice I'm not in any of the
photos! (OK, so I wasn't on this particular ride but then a photo of me
walking this stuff doesn't make for mtb'ing)

Now if I could just get them to ride up the fire roads to the trail head I
might be able to keep up.

How does that injury happen? The clamp doesn't have any edge to it, so how
does it penetrate through the meat?
