What's your favourite drink for the Holidays?

Mine is Kahlua with some milk on ice. Traditional ever since I was 19
legal and could buy it at the local liquor store. Variations are
toasted almond or white russion or dark russian.

but I always go back to just kahlua on milk on ice.

Substitions include Tia Maria or Bailey's with just a little milk
added.

Try a shot of straight pepperoncini juice. We eat pounds of the stuff
with pizza (gotta try it some time...) and as I was getting ready to
pour another jar of the juice down the disposal, I decided to try a
sip. Yowza. Shocks some nerve endings into doing the watusi
overdrive.

Got a whole herd coming over this evening. (For the Prime Rib
and Pork Roast). Wifey will be serving up Lemon Drops & Appletini's.
(Chick drinks...). I'll stick with the Wine or a good imported Beer.

Pernod Absinthe, the original recipe.
Unfortunately I don't have any and it's hard to get here.

So I'll settle for some good brews(La Fin du Monde, Chimay, Hennepin,
etc), single malt, fine agave tequila, or maybe we'll crack open some of
my aunt's vineyard's goodness. It's probably ready.

My Christmas drink is two fingers of single malt and a beer while wrapping
my wifes gifts. Come to think of it, that's the same as my "Cleaning/working
on my bike drink".
