I Have A 26×1.95 Tire and I'm Going To Buy A 26×2.5 Is It Gonna Fit ?

yes,the second measurement is not the bead,it's the tire heighth

lokk at the clearance between the tires that are on the bike and that will tell you how much room you need for the bigger tires the space between the tire and the frame and forks.
