I'm going mountain biking tomorrow, what are the stretches I should be doing?

I'm going to be mountain biking for the next 3 days @ Yosemite National Park.. I don't want to ride for 1 day and have my muscles tighten and be in bad shape! Can anybody tell me what type of stretches I should be doing to avoid having a strained muscle?

That sounds pretty fun! I would definately stretch the groin muscles, calfs, thighs, abs, arms, ect. I hope you enjoy it!
