What is the best bicycle to buy for exercising. Prefer Mountain bike.?
I stand 5' 8 if that makes a difference. I weigh 140 and I need to lose 20 more lbs. Or you may suggest other exercise regimens to try. I currently walk 3 miles 3 times a week
I don't already have a bike, this is why the question came up.

If you already have a bike, you can just buy a trainer. They're about $200-400
