It is indeed true that another woman *understands* the feelings of
getting into a size smaller and the hassle it can be to make it ;-)

Seriously - I know from personal experience that when I'm slim I have a
smaller show size than when I'm fat. It came as a surprise to me when I
first discovered this.

I know exactly how you feel. I ate less and exercised more, including lots
of biking. Took my size 12 and 14 to the Goodwill last week. If it hadn't
come back in a year it wasn't coming back. So Congrats! And keep up the
good work.

Thank you for the encouragement. I am wearing my size 10's again today
and I can breathe. I had the courage to get on the scale and I lost
more weight. I am hoping to be a babe by summer. ;-) An old middle
aged babe, but a babe. Hey if men over 40 can date women who are 22,
what the hell.
Wait, I am married, I CAN'T date....or Can I?? Ummmm
Anyway, thanks so much and I hope I can follow your example and take my
"fat clothes" to the goodwill very soon. I finally feel like I am on
the right path.

I wish...
