Started riding 'seriously' in 2001. Didn't have a computer for a while.
Recorded about 1200ish miles.

2002- 2,800 miles
2003- 6,002 miles
2004- 8,090 miles

My New Year's resolution for 2004 was to ride more than drive. I made
that with plenty to spare. 6,923 miles on the car. Maybe someday I'll
get 10,000, but no goal. It would make me crazy to make it a goal.

9100 miles averaged over four years of recording. Best year was 2001 with
9628 miles. I'd love to log over 10,000 miles in a year, but not so far.

I find that keeping track helps motivate me to get out the door and ride.
It also helps me deliver a consistent and regular effort.
