Bike Fit over time

So, lots of my friends have been telling me that I should redo my bike
fit as the last time I went through the process was when I bought my
Litespeed 10 years ago. There were no problems but folks just seem to
think it would be a good idea.
Well, I just bought a new pair of shoes and needed to get the cleats
set so decided to go through a whole new fit kit process.
Outcome- nothing changed. So, I gues it supports the axiom "if it ain't
broke don't fix it."
Anyway my point is simply that if you have a good fit and if there are
no major changes to your body- like wieght change or injuries there is
really no reason yor fit on the bike should change.
