What are the bike helmet laws for West Sacramento???
For example: how old do you have to be in to ride bike legally without helmet. If someone is 12to like 50 years old are they legally allowed by the West Sacramento laws to ride bike without helmet? If not, which age groups are legally allowed to ride bikes without helmet in West Sacramento! ! ! ! ! !

It was stated on this forum (McG I believe) that CA state law requires all cyclist under 18 to wear a hemet. Local laws may add to but not lessen that law.
