Specialized Demo 9 DH, Norco Shore, Or a Scott High Octane?

I'm buyng a downhill bike and have it narrowed down to these three bikes but I'm leaning more towards the 06 Hogh Octane and the 05' Demo 9 DH. I'm just getting the frame. I'm going to be starting competitive Downhilling in the summer. Which frame would be the best buy? They are all realativley the same price of about 1200.

I would go with the specialized demo, because specialized is a good, reliable brand. Also, I am not sure if this will help, but Rocky mountain makes very good bikes. Also, demo's have sturdy frames.
