problem with my back rim? - Cycling Mob: Road Cycling, Mountain Biking and More

Well basically wat im trying to do is tighten my chain and that envolves pulling that back tire back as you know. For some reason when i tighten the right side it moves and the chain becomes loose again. even when i put something to hold the wheel back it still does it. any ideas on how to fix this?
tommorw is supposed to be a beautiful day and i want to hit up some spots right now i have NO money so please dont tell me to get chain tensioners that will have to wait for the weekend.
